As a mom I've had good days and bad days and I think all moms can relate. It's a reminder that you are human and it's ok to not have it all figured out. Somedays are great and "easy" and other days things just go off the rails and your plans go out the door. No matter what someone's life looks like on social media they have bad days as well. Bad days happen to everyone, it's apart of being a mom. It's taken me a while to realize that. I use to be such a planned person. I studied business so things for me where very strict in the sense that 2 + 2 equals 4 and if you take that out of he literal sense it just means this is the plan and nothing else can happen. I grew up in a household where things were very black and white. So now when those grey areas happen I had to learn how to adjust and fast.
A few weeks ago I had melt down. I woke up feeling like the worst mom in the world. I felt I was dedicating more time to my work than my daughter and I like I just couldn't juggle everything. I pretty much felt like I was doing this whole mom thing wrong. With the help of my some friends and husband (my support system) lending me their ear to just tell them how I feel I took the entire day off and spent the day with my daughter in the park. Every deadline on my desk waited. That day felt amazing! I wasn't thinking about what was going to happen tomorrow I was just living in the moment.
So for any momma who's reading this just remember having a bad mom day doesn't mean you're a bad mom. Bad days happen its part of the unpredictability of being a parent. You're a good mom even, when you have bad days!
