On day 5 we had no shows so we had a very relaxing day in the city. It was much needed becasue I always start fashion week with so much energy and by day 5 I'm always riding the struggle bus. Lol Day 6 I woke up early to shoot my look because Mr Snow came for a visit that day. It was some kind of mix of hail with snow. NYC was just a hot mess but like they say, the show must go on! This cozy hooded fleece jacket is from Lookbook Store and I'm so glad I brought it with me because it kept me warm. I would have never paired it with a midi skirt but I'm glad I tried something different because I really love how this look turned out. This jacket definitely kepted me warm and I don't think I took off my hood the entire day. Lol. These are one of those unexpected looks that end up being my favorite.

The Show

This duo designer from the Middle East brought us some amazing looks. The theme was Arabian fashion and we saw lots of drapes, silks, asymmetrical cuts and amazing jewelry designs. This collection was amazing and totally worth trooping the snow to Pier 59. I love seeing collections that epitomize culture. The burnt orange fit (first one below) was my absolutely favorite. The color and the design is amazing! It was my first time experiencing this duo designers and I'm already interested in learning more about them. They definitely got my attention with his amazing collection!

Thanks for reading and enjoy this entire week of recaps.
One more day!
XO
