Style Scenario Collaboration: New Year's Eve Party

Hello beauties!
I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday.

This is my last collaboration with my fellow blogger babes Carmen from SimplyCarmenRenee and Rochelle From The Bloggerella. On this last style series we're bringing you some New Year's Eve inspiration. Whether you're heading out to bring in the new year with some friends or staying in and hanging out with family, we have some outfit styles you'll absolutely love.

I don't know about you guys but I definitely want to bring in 2015 with some sparkle! This skirt is just so perfect for the occasion. Fun and flirty, but the sequins were the cherry on top for me. The minute I saw it I immediately thought New Years Eve. To stay away from the typical holiday colors I added this hot pink top, which was such a great contrast against the navy. Don't be afraid to add a little neon into your holiday looks. There's no set rule on what colors to wear.
To finish the look, I added some black stockings and these metallic silver heels. These are so shiny and honesty my highest heels. Why not bring them out for some holiday fun!? I'm normally more of a gold girl but once in a while I like to play with some silver in my wardrobe.

Only thing missing from this shoot was a bottle of champagne. Bring it on 2015! I'm ready for you!!

Outfit Details:

Skirt: Forever21 (sold out add to wait list here / or similar here) | Blouse: Forever21 (here) | Earrings: Lou Lou | Shoes: Forever21 (similar here) | On my lips: Milani #17 Plum Rose via Walmart

There's only a few more days left of 2014.
Do you guys have any resolutions or goals for the new year?

One cool idea I got from my husband was to write a letter to yourself and just list a bunch of things you want to accomplish or do for the new year, whether its big or small. Seal it, put it away, and then open it at the end of the following year. You can see if what you said you wanted to accomplish from the beginning of the year was actually accomplished.

Thanks for reading!
