This dress was another one of my favorite pieces that came with me to NY. This was another outfit change from Day 4 for the Jarel Zhang show. My partner and crime and I had the pleasure of sitting front row that night and I was so happy to have been wearing this dress to another one of my favorite shows from Day 4. I must say the dress was perfect but the shoes were absolute killers! These are one of those pretty shoes you wear to dinner when you know you will be sitting for a while. However, the red pumps gave the look the pop I was looking for so I guess my feet didn't suffer for no reason. LOL. I received this black ruffle dress from Zaful the week I was leaving and I immediately fell in love with it. The cut and the style made the dress so feminine. I can definitely see myself re-wearing this a totally different way since the cami underneath is removable.

The Show

This was one of the most elaborate runways of the week. It was a construction zone with cones, construction signs, a barrier all along the runway and let's not forget the flashing hazard signs. The collection was called "Beauty in the Chaos" with bright colors where he created modern-day utility chic styles. The looks were oversized, high necklines and lots of pockets. This was definitely a fun show to watch.
