Happy Monday guys, I hope you all had a great weekend. I had a pretty relaxing weekend, which consist of One Tree Hill episodes on Netflix and pizza. I forgot how good that show was! On Thursday last week my husband and I went to the Verizon center for the Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour and boy did all those songs bring me back to high school. We had so much fun glad we bought those tickets.

The temperatures are starting to dip around here and that crisp breeze feels so good. It's a nice break from the crazy D.C. humidity. Little by little the layers are coming on. For todays look I paired some cargo pants with a loose tank. The motto jacket gave it the exact vibe I was looking for, I guess fall chic? I got this jacket on sale last year at Forever21 but shortly after I purchased it the temperatures got warm and I didn't get to wear it as much. I will definitely be wearing it a lot this fall (sorry not sorry). I notice lately I been gravitating towards the color black and more simple pieces. I guess we all go through phases right?
The cherry on top for this outfit was these black open toe booties. They are perfect for the transitioning weather.
