Comfort Zone

TGIF guys!!
Happy May! Any good plans for the weekends?
I'm back with another look, but this time I went with something a little more comfy and casual.

I definitely had a comfy outfit in mind for this breezy spring Sunday afternoon. Sometimes I feel like ditching my heels for some comfy sandals. Blasphemous, right!?

I love these strappy ones from Charlotte Russe and I got them on a BOGO sale. Black sandals are essentials for the summer so why not get them now?! I paired them with these red harem pants. Super comfy and versatile. I wore these before during fashion week with heels and it really sucked that I couldn't shoot my outfit that day. These pants can totally be dressed on the casual and dressy side. Since it was a little bit of a breezy day, I mixed this outfit with this simple sweater and a denim vest over it. This vest was an old jean jacket that my beautiful mom was throwing away, so I decided to take it, cut the sleeves and made myself a cute little vest. Fashion Tip of the day: sometimes you just have to be a little creative with pieces that you might think it's time to get rid of.

Lastly I added this hat to the mix and finished off the outfit with a black tote.
